Skellig Six18 Distillery
Our distillery is the home of our Irish Artisan Pot Distilled Gin. With every drop of gin distilled in Cahersiveen, each bottle is hand-finished by our team. The plans and design of our Whiskey Distillery Plant and Maturation Area have been finalised, with the intention of “turning the sod” in 2022. This will put Cahersiveen on the global whiskey stage.

Our location here on the Skellig Coast has a landscape rich with natural ingredients from the woodland to the Atlantic seashore. Learn more about these botanical ingredients that grow in the woodlands, hedgerows and shoreline, and each of the local botanicals that we have foraged and carefully chosen to create our Artisan Pot Distilled Gin.
We have ambitious plans to build a state-of-the-art whiskey distillery plant, but this process is one that takes time, patience, and maturity – we’re willing to wait. We’ll guide you through traditional Irish whiskey production methods and share our whiskey plans.
