The Moorings Portmagee

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here at The Moorings Portmagee. We are proud to announce our new Hotel Status going forward and we’re so excited to welcome you all to our special corner of South Kerry, just off the Ring of Kerry, with spectacular scenery on our doorstep and a wealth of history, culture and local traditions all around us.

We have also been awarded the Failte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter Badge so you can rest assure that all of The Moorings team have been fully trained in the hygiene and protocols set out for our industry by Fáilte Ireland.

Our aim is to provide you with a wonderful experience, a safe environment to get together with family and friends. Our team are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first guests on June 2nd and although we cannot open up fully, we are all hoping it won’t be long until the announcement comes.
We are looking forward to another really busy season ahead and remind you all that booking is essential for your indoor dining experience. Our new table booking service is HERE.

Finally we kindly ask, out of consideration for our team and also for other guests that you wear facemasks on arrival at The Moorings and in all public places within our premises.
